Mission to the Gulf Coast

In 2008, I produced a 30 minute documentary about volunteers from Central New York who help rebuild homes in the Gulf Coast.

I spent two weeks following them and filming their effort.

At the time, I worked at WSYR-TV in Syracuse, NY.

I put the entire documentary together in my free time. In 2009 it was honored with an Associated Press Award for 'Best Documentary' and a Syracuse Press Club Award for 'Best Documentary'.
